    Great video, great advice. Couldn’t agree more than when Mark said “without [employee] involvement, you really have no programme.” It’s very true and often overlooked by managers – some do not plan or strategise enough or properly, assuming everything will work out simply because it exists, but then it might mean it’ll fall at the first hurdle.
